PSV defender Hector Moreno has hit the
headlines once again, following the tackle
that broke the leg of Manchester United's
Luke Shaw on Tuesday evening.
Moreno challenged Shaw in the penalty area,
in a tackle which was deemed fair by the
referee, but caused a double leg break for
the England fullback.
Moreno went on to score a vital goal, and was
awarded man of the match as PSV came from
a goal behind to win 2-1.
Back in action in the Eredivisie, Moreno went
in late on Heracles winger Oussama Tannane,
in an incident which forced him to hobble off
the pitch.
Moreno paid the price for a heavy first
touch, before lunging into the tackle with his
studs showing.
