Nice one there.

You said you only sent your transcript/degree to WES directly.

I just wanted to know how long it took to get their final feedback. Plus, did you pay 234 CAD as obtainable on their site?

behati:
Good day house, been a silent reader but hope to participate from now. I just got ITA and will be sharing my timelines below.

ECA- Nov. 2016: this was very fast as I submitted scanned copies of transcript and degree certificates, paid international courier fee to have WES send verification letter to my school via courier. Had someone who assisted with the verification in less than 5 days of the school receiving it. Everything took about one month.
IELTS: Jan 7th, collected result Jan 20. LSWR: 8.5, 7.5, 8,8.
EE pool: Created two profile on 21 Jan. I claimed 3 years experience in one and two years in the other as I have only completed two years in my current place of work, however, I have one year experience from a different company.
CRS scores: 474 and 449 respectively.
ITA: received on both profile on 8 Feb 2017. However, I accepted the profile with 449 as it may be difficult getting reference from my former employer.

I've been gathering all documents, and POF is basically the outstanding item. My sister will be transferring the money to me and I will appreciate if anyone can give me a sample gift deed.

Thanks

Citizenship and Immigration Canada,

2. Can a gift deed be drafted by anybody or does it have to be done in court or by a lawyer?

Thanks in advance.

Your job, and the work you have done in the past, must be skill type 0, or level A or B to use Express Entry use the link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/noc.asp to find the classification for your occupation, what precisely are your job functions to give a clear idea of which occupation classification is best for you .Meanwhile use the link above to have a look at NOC 6314 and 6235
Job function is cash and teller services supervisor. Its all about being in charge of cash and supervising tellers(cashiers). I really appreciate your assistance

In that case, I think you should take a close look at NOC code 6551. Seems to align more with your job function in my opinion.

Check my previous post for the link.

Hello Dupyshoo,

Been reading through the thread for a few days now and I'm still uncertain of some points. I submitted my application in Dec 2016. got an ITA in January and i have about 57 days left to submit my application as i had been getting the required documents. My biggest issues are the POF and the work reference.

1. POF- I didn't make any plans towards this in advance hence i have had to have transfer tranches 300k-800k to sum up to 3.5MM paid to my account in the last few days (i have 2 accounts, a savings account and a fixed deposit account). However, i believe i can get a letter from my office which is also a mortgage bank on the proof of funds stating how much i have and how long i have had the funds for which means i don't need a bank statement. I will also provide an investment letter showing a fixed deposit of about 3.5MM. I also have a foreign account in the US where i can get statement of account (unstamped) and will provide the letter of explanation for all funds. Q1 Since the bulk of the funds is from my bank which is also my employer will this be frowned upon as collusion? Q2 will i also have to print 6 months statement from my regular savings accounts (GTbank), no major funds there however it shows most of the inflows of the larger funds which was transferred to my account with the mortgage bank. Q3 Am i better off getting a gift deed from my parents, i frowned at this cos it might seem to be the common option for most people to explain large funds

2. Work reference: I have about 6 -7 years working experience, 4 years at my current place and 2 years combined in 3 other companies over the past 10 years. My current job is easily backed up by a reference letter from my employer, letter of employment, pay slips etc. However in my express entry application i included my past 3 jobs. I can provide a work reference for the other 2 however a reference for a 4 months stint i did in the UK is proving difficult. Can i simply remove this from my ITA profile and not bother about this, or should i attempt to explain this and leave it there.

This seems like a lot of questions but i have officially overwhelmed and can't decide what to do. wWill appreciate your help. Thanks

Hi All, I'm a silent follower of this thread and i really appreciate all your contributions on this platform. My question is : i intend to sell my landed property worth about 10mill and use as POF. Do i need to explain the source of bulk fund on LOE or i should just deposit it in my spouse acct and she later transfer to my account. Please i need your response, plssss.

Hi Yemiscles, please shore up your pof with a gift feed (if possible) and provide a detailed letter of explanation.

with regards to your work references; modify your answers and move any employment that you didn't claim job points for to the personal history section. you will automatically notice that the number of employment reference uploads will reduce to only the corresponding jobs that is lister in your employment details.

Thank you.

Good evening house.
Please your urgent advice is needed.
I received ITA in January with a score of 459.
The issue is my work experience. I had a full time contract consultant job that is calculated based on daily rate. If one calculates the number of days in the contract it will be equivalent to about 24 hours per week though in actuality i was working on average 32 hours (i.e 4 days a week). My question now is: letter of employment states the number of days so how do I explain that i worked 32hrs instead of 24hours equivalent in the contract. I filled in 32hrs in my EE profile based on the number of days i was going to work.

Should i just decline this ITA and update my profile to reflect 24hrs so that there is no need for long explanations in the LOE. My fear is that they may consider it misrepresentation if I just make the change in my current post ITA profile.

Secondly, I only evaluated my Masters degree and my work experience since then is less than 3years even though based on my NOC, my BSc degree qualified me to work in that NOC. Does it matter that the experience post-the degree I evaluated is less than 3years?

Please comments and advice are urgently required.
Thanks a lot.

well i believe even if you are on vacation theres a permanent residence you go back to when vacation ends. I filled all addresses i lived in and not vacation spots, how would one even remember that. besides you didn't live there. So my suggestion is to just fill every address you lived in from the recent to the oldest. In your travel history however, any stamp in your passport has to be explained so any trip you took out of Nigeria should be include, make sure you match the dates of entry and exit accurately. My 2 cents.

esosa4real:
@vcole @40manlappy @dupsyshoo @fusion23

i have a question regarding my Post ITA form. I have been taking time to fill it but as explanatory as it is, i don't get some aspects especially the sections that require 10years history...na wa

1. In Address History (under Contact details): it asks the following:

Provide all of the addresses where Esosa XXXX has lived in the past ten years or since esosa's 18th birthday, whichever is most recent. Do not leave any gaps..

So am i to fill all addresses i have lived in including exact addresses i stayed temporarily in other countries during vacation. I am just seeing conflicting reports on different forums. Some say only give address of where you stayed >6months, some say even if less than months, some even suggest us to include hotel address details (really?)

Please yall, share your ideas on how you did yours and clues to handle this sections including personal and travel hx.
Thanks
