You should go to camp and then redeploy after camp.

1- can one wear a combat white short
2- is a white shirt with v neck acceptable on camp
3- can one put on a rubber like material

1. Why will you want to do that? Except for the pockets, i think it will fly
2. Yes. Why not get round neck instead
3. You can put on rubber shoe. If you want to wear rubber short and shirt you should know that it doesnt allow air to pass through it and rarely absolve sweat
