So my husband cheated on me some months ago right, i realised this when i came across numerous flirtatious messages on his whatsapp (you might remember me from my previous posts). The drama resulting from that discovery was so complicated, i don't even have the strength to go there. Anyways, my reason for this post is that I am obsessed with paying him back in his own coin. I think i'm way too hot for that insult he meted out to me like does he think because i have two kids I am like totally off the market? The first two guys i flirted with as payback (via the same whatsapp) were falling over themselves to get with me. My husband saw the messages (i'm glad he did) and it drove him crazy, he was swearing fire and brimstone about what he'll do to any guy that messes with me. Right now, I don't feel any love for my husband, I kinda told him that already. He broke my heart and I don't think it can ever heal. I'm only here in this marriage co-habitation cause he has some money (i like the entitled life) and of course I would love to give the kids a two-parent home. (I have some cash of my own though but he has a lot more).

I totally ignore my husband now, I don't give a hoot about whether he comes home or not. Some days ago, after staying away for like forever, he came home ready to give a million explanations about his whereabouts but i wasn't interested, i just carried on a conversation with him like i didn't notice he had been absent (the same explanation i used to literally beg him for). It's making him so uncertain and shaky and i'm loving it. Looks like he enjoyed the attention i used to give him before when i used to whine about him not calling me and not coming home. Now i don't give a f*** and he knows it. Anyways, I probably won't cheat unless i meet a really classy, enlightened, well travelled young-man , the type i'm usually attracted to (like my husband), for now i just feel like ranting. Most Nigerian men are not my type anyway. I'm 27 so i'm not that old. This n**** messed with the wrong wife. Its been a slow boring day at work today maybe clients are already in pre-independence celebratory mode, so i'm available to read your comments. try and be nice okay *tougueout.
How old are you?

without wasting much of ur time or my time, I'll just go straight. 1. from ur above narration i can see that you still love ur husband. the pain is only hiding it from your eyes.
2. from your narration i can see it feels so good to hurt him. revenge is so sweet. however it has a bitter pill too. after all that has been said and youll look at urself in the mirror and ask how you could stoop so low. I admire you. you r really a strong woman. you pulled out of the pain and didn't commit suicide as Planned by Gods grace . no need to spurn that grace and commit the same sin he did. you're better than that. I know you are. prove me right. don't do it.

just to clarify something, when i say i'm staying for the kids, what i mean is, i'm staying to have them in my life cause if i leave now, he and his family are sure to get custody of the kids (i mean we are in Nigeria). When i'm in a more civilized country, I can expect justice so for now I have to suck it up so I can have my kids in my life.

Cheat because you found someone really hot you are lusting after not because he cheated. That way you won't feel empty when you are done. Rather you will long for more. You'll glow and radiate a sense of satisfaction and happiness.

yeah whatever. prostitute, slut,LovePeddler what other name do you have? total bullshit. and he has decency for cheating on me right? this stupid Nigerian mentality is one the reasons I resisted us moving back here. He just came here and started behaving like a lot of other men around here cos this society lets them get away with their nonsense.

Permit me to laugh....

Cheating back on you hubby will only spoil your name. Wanna get back at him? Divorce him, do well in business, train your kids as you should, carry yourself properly, meaning take good care of yourself. On the long run they will wish they would have threated you better etc etc. However there is simply no turning back, typical case of people dont know what they have untill they lose it.

How many men truly change after being caught cheating, even if they claim to repent? A woman is kicked out of their matrimonial home, whilst men get oppurtunity after oppurtunity. Once a man knows that eventually the woman will give in,he will continue in his old ways, knowing his behaviour has no consequences. (maybe temporary interuption of konji and food...which he was already getting outside anyways)

Whatever you do when you are a divorced woman is totally up to you,so if you wanna get your freak on every once in a while you can do that in your own private time without people running their mouth.

Just make sure you focus on becoming a better you, develop yourself so you can also be a good mom to your children. Do not drag the kids in the divorce mess by denying him to see the kids. Do demand that proper arrangements must be made and both of you threat eachother with respect.

Just my two cents.

if you dont want to be called names dont make your family issue public, pls go back to what ever country you are coming from and cheat on your hubby.

The fact that you came back to nigeria and he cheated on you does not make cheating a Nigerian thing.

Where ever you are coming from , i believe men and women cheat on each other.

Madam pls go ahead and cheat on him as long as it makes you happy.

Coming online to Rant does not change your pesonality of a low life individual that is sticking with a Husband because of money.

Where ever you are coming from, i believe women dont stick with a cheating hubby cos of money. Women there and all over the world hve intergrity. They stick to a cheating Hubby not because of a money.

THEY STICK IN THAT MARRAIGE because OF THINGS THAT MONEY CANNOT BUY.

Please educate us Why women stick to cheating husbands.

And also, polygamy is different from adultery. (in Islam that endorses it.) Get your facts right.

And the fact you are fine with a cheating .husband doesn't mean other women should.

which would have been a better option.
From the OP. I think she has lost her sanity.

What exactly do you want? You better stop the charade before your husband starts giving you the mirror image too, believe me you are enjoying seeing him unsettled and acting weak it gives you some sorta rush abi?

What's gonna happen if he too starts acting laid back and stops trying to make things work? Probably gone for weeks and comes back without an explanation and not even ready to proffer one and acts like you are not even there?

Woman be careful what you wish for. The keys are in your hands check yourself before you wreck yourself........

There are far better ways to deal with a cheating partner instead of games...

like what ways please? all i hear on the internet is pray for him, love him more, do this, do that, things i was already doing before he decided to go out there and show that he is a man. the only "crime" i committed was getting pregnant back to back immediately we got married (which was actually his idea anyways). i guess he didn't consider a pregnant woman as attractive anymore. technically i'm already cheating emotionally with this nice guy i just met. i probably will stop at that cos all i'm looking for is attention and companionship. i don't really have the balls to go further.

Overcoming jealousy

Overcoming jealousy begins with awareness. Jealousy and anger are emotional reactions to believing scenarios in your mind which allows you to see that the projected stories in your mind are not true.

When the going was good for you and your hubby, you never came online to post it on NL, you now have an issue with your marraige and you are disturbing us.

There are 3 Sides to every story: Your Side, His Side and the Truth.

You are only telling us your side. From your reaction to his cheating by paying him back in his own coin , protrays you as a very loose lady without decency.

With an attitute like yours, You must hve drivin your hubby to Have eyes for other women.

To consider cheating on your hubby with 2 kids, just makes you a Slu.t.

If a woman can say that she is staying cos of Money after her trust has been betrayed by her hubby , just means you were a pro.st1tute before your wedding. You are now sellng your body to your hubby.

Madam , pls go ahead and Cheat on your Hubby and stop occuppying NL space with Empty Rants and stop being a Coward.

NB: YOU ARE THE SAME LADY THAT HAD A RUNNING BATTLE WITH HER HUBBY AND MOTHER-IN-LAW SOME TIME AGO ABOUT TRAVELLING TO WRITE EXAMS AND DROPPING OFF YOUR KIDS.

YOU HAVE BEEN CONFRONTATIONAL IN YOUR MARRAIGE, GO BACK AND READ SOME OF THE COMMENTS OF THE TRAVELLING SAGA THREAD AND YOU WILL SEE THAT ALOT OF THE COMMENTS WERE THE LACK OF TRUST YOUR HUBBY HAS FOR YOU.

YOU OBVIOUSLY HVE TENDENCY OF BEING WAYWARD. AND YOU HVE CONFIRMED IT WITH YOUR INTENTION TO CHEAT.
