Pls v paid my gotv subscription for almost a week now and it kept showing the e16 error code on all the stations except nta and gotv channel. I paid online but the light went off just as I paid. V sent clear error codes twice to 4688 all to no avail... pls help out |

Log on to gotv.com and confirm ur balance. Or type ¤288# and folow the prompt to reset ur decoder. |

oblo: V done that but both were not responding, the website refused to allow login or correct error code. |
