I recently got an offer for a new job. The issue here is that I have to take a pay cut of 10k from my present paycheck. Both organisations are start-ups, but the new organisation appears to have more potential and friendly atmosphere compared to the present one. Please I am a bit confused and will appreciate advise from experienced forum members. |
