Haven't seen my period for two months now, done pregnancy test and it says negative. Though i took postinor 2 in the last month i saw my period. Could that be the cause? Someone please advise me on what to do. Getting married very soon.

Poster, the last time i did not have my period for 2 months, i started chnging my eating habbits.I ate more fis and vegetables and fruits and less meat and oily stuff and I started exercising 3 times a week,. I do joging and breeze walking and skipping. and after that m\i got back my norml period flow.

and than I went back tomy normal diet and i did not get my periodfor 1 month. I went to the pharmacy and took primrose oil (its to stabilize the hormones). and now its ok again.
