Hi here is my interview in Germany today

Administrative review.
They are checking things in the background.
It can be through in a few weeks but we have seen some cases take months.
There is nothing that you can do to speed it up, you must just wait till they are ready.

- if i start a new application, will it still show as family application

Since you haven't booked an appointment yet... it's safe to restart the whole thing.
Also have in mind that it times out after 20 minutes so it's advisable to get all the info you need before you start... Safe!

We intend spending 7 days of our honeymoon at an inn in New york city after our wedding sometime in April 2016. Wifey is a frequent traveler while am a first timer.

I choose others in my application entry since there is no space for fiancee.

Why not wait till after your wedding before applying?

Alternatively, apply alone and visit the States.

Assume if i were a CO, i would doubt it that you really are going for a honeymoon. And I would think that you only want to get this entry permit for an early arrival into NY.

Your Administrative Process centers on:
What you do in Germany (Part Time)
Where you work in Germany (Part Time)
How you pay for your numerous expenses in Germany on a "Part Time Income"
How you fund your trips to these so mentioned EU countries "Part Time"

And since you applied previously and refused, maybe some discrepancies needed to be clarified. Assuming you are clean through it all, you're good to get the entry visa

I changed school now from University of Houston, now to schiller international university, FL. I have my new I-20 but something came up. I contacted the school and i told them i want an I-20 reprint because i want to add a dependent, although in my statement there i said she is my wife they have asked for a new bank letter, which i plan meeting my fathers account officer to get it and as well pay for express mail and reproduction fee. She has been to the US twice and still has a valid us visa i think, my first question is would it be okay to bring her to Us embassy in nigeria as she is not legally my wife/nigerian citizen/Nigerian resident? . Question 2: though it is my 2nd degree i want to go for my sponsor remains my father but my fear is my parents because i know they hate her because she is not 9ja, so i don't want to go to the embassy to mention my father as part of the person sponsoring including her but i have my own money that is enough to cover her expenses for as long as she is in the USA with me,is it possible for me to be her sponsor while my father is my own sponsor?. My fear is let her not make them dash me 214(b) because of her nationality. Because this time if i don't get it, i am heading to canada

You have been refused twice on reasons we do not have prior knowledge of.

And now you're already looking at a third refusal even before you apply.

REASON:

A student who is expected to take his studies as a priority, is asking to go on a US trip with a lady friend (not spouse).

I don't need to mention that she is not even qualified to visit the embassy with you (she is not resident in Nigeria)

Your additional discrepancy states that she already has a US valid visa. So why do you need to add her in your travel itinerary?

I tend to agree with the discrepancy part, because students are not even suppose to work full time, there is a limit of 20 hours per week.
A lot have changed since the last application, I have changed city and switched university, maybe that is where the issue lies. BTW, can i request for my passport, if the administrative review is taking longer as I have to travel to Italy in 2 weeks?

Yes
You can request your passport back.
You must E-mail or write to them.
The processing will continue and when a decision is made you return with your passport.

Your problem is how long the return process will take.
Typical times seem to be two - three weeks.
It would be a good idea to see if your travel plans can be postponed.

Hello Everyone,
my husband was refused U.S vist visa under section 214(B) which has left us very confused as we used my application form which i used to process mine for him, so all document was correct but the VO was so focused on his uk visa and just rejected him for no reason.
any ways we want to reapply again but we don't know if we must wait 90 days before applying as i have seen reviews of people re applying within a couple of weeks and are some are giving the visa but some are still refused.
