I want to buy a plot of land in Okun Ajah but then I googled Okun Ajah and flooding and the information I got was disturbing. A lot of mentions of flooding in Okun Ajah area including this article from punch (http://www.punchng.com/feature/in-lagos-communities-flood-wakes-the-dead/). Please are they any person leaving in this area that can provide first hand info... this will be highly appreciated. Please note: I have been there but cannot see any sign of flooding in the area. |
