Speak for yourself, man.

Today is sad day for democracy, when the Judiciary failed to retrieve stolen property from beneficiaries of theft
U are the only one from rivers state (if u are from there) that is sad. Ameachi needs to get some from the centre for APC to have anything like a footing

Let us watch and see what happens at the Court of Appeal
Justice Pindiga was the same judge that was thrown out of the Governorship election tribunal coz we already knew what he was up...

How can a Judge sit down for several weeks listening to the merits of the petition by the petitioner only to dismiss the case on the premise of Preliminary objections - failure of APC to give INEC 21 days notice before conducting its primaries.
An Issue the Court Of Appeal had earlier ruled in favour of APC last month.
With today's Judgement there is finally light at the end of the tunnel coz the COA will just reverse the entire ruling and give judgement based on the merits or demetrits of the petition and not on pre-election technicalities...
1. The judgment said that the petitioner FAILED to substantiate his allegation that the election was mared by irregularities.
2. Their witnesses testified based on hearsay.
3. Their evidences are weak.
4. Their allegations were criminal in nature and they FAILED to prove their cases beyond all REASONABLE doubt.

Based on these facts, the Tribunal upheld the preliminary objection raised by PDP and INEC.

The Tribunal gave the petitioner the opportunity to substantiate his allegations, when they FAILED, the Tribunal had to upheld the preliminary objection.
Do you expect the Tribunal to give its rulings without giving the petitioner the opportunity to argue his case?

Even a dunce knows that the IMO election was heavily rigged in many LGAs. Common sense is if you lose senate , HOR and state assembly you cant win the centre- Governorship.

Only Imo state election was rigged throughout the East? Ok, may be because APC won there tongue tongue tongue. You are as fake as GEJ till 2019.

As expected, for now SS and SE for PDP and APC should respect that.

lost 3 times glaringly u said??pdp and free and fair elections na like darkness and light even yar'adua himself admitted that his victory over buhari was flawed stop lying oga
VISTIN:

I like your support for APC, follow losers to the grave.
Buhari lost Presidential election three time (glaring) and he went to court three times.
Jonathan lost (inspite irregularities) and paved way.

Maybe you're yet to come to terms with the present Nigeria political structure.

Take it easy. Those guys don't even know you and I.
