I will move that any posting of a physical building without a picture should be deleted. It is vey unprofessional to post ads for a #100 million Naira building without pictures.

The estate ads for vacant lands are another matter. But we can start to enforce this requirement for completed structures.

most of the so called adverisers are "yahoo boys". 419 is no longer fashionable. They know what they are doing. It is deliberate on their part to refuse picture-posting. Before some prudent property buyers make any purchase, they would require the seller to advertise the the property to be bought in one local daily as a proof genuine desire to sell. Secondly, if trouble comes up, that advert would be used against the seller in law court. Scam sellers know this very well. This is why they hate posting pictures
