How much do you suppose it will cost to build the six bedroom duplex according to the state of the diagrams and how large will the plot of land be for it to be finished as designed?
secondly, How much will the three bedroom flat cost and how many three bedroom flats are there in the diagram as it looks too big for just only a three bedroom flat and also what will you recommend the size of the plot to be?

the cost of the six bedroom duplex is mostly based on the location where it is to be sited . the cost of building materials are relatively different considering ones location.
the other design is a three bedroom block of flats. there are a total of six flats ie(six three bedroom in the building) in the building. the minimum plot size that can contain it is one and half plot.

the first design is a six bedroom duplex, it has two garages one inside and the other outside. it also has two sitting rooms and a pent house.minimum plot of land is also one and half plots including the landscaping.
the cost varies, from 25 million above.

the cost of the designs are just between 120000 - 250000.
the building is what cost that. but that is a rough estimate, i did mention ''and above''. but that just is the minimum.

1. I like what you have done. Let me assure you on this, if you are passionate about what you are doing, the rewards will certainly come some day.
2. The first pic is very ok, but I think the light is more focused on the car park area.
3. The second pic is also cool, but I think you should give it a Bird's Eye View snap. You see people are not rely talking about it, they prefer the first one because they probably have a better view.
3. The third pic is not it.Remove the first car. leave the car in the garage or replicate it somewhere else. Its a good snail's eye view alright, but the angle of capture should be deeper.
4. The world is going from 3D to 4D now. You might want to animate your projects. Believe me its always wow!
Learning to use these soft wares is quite tedious but with the determination I see in you, I think you can pull it through. Mail me. I have some video tutors, you might be interested.

i am modifying most of the designs and also trying to enhance them using other softwares.

I urgently need a rough sketch plan for both ground floor and upper floor for a 4 bedroom duplex all room ensuit to be in the front and 2units of 3bedroom flats at the back join together on a plot of 65m by 180m, i have a client coming in from us next week and planning to start something in lagos soon. We can work together if you have some sketches we can show him
