Bros, this is a different case o, it's not about the CCT vs SARAKI but the one SARAKI took to the Appeal Courts yo fight the CCT.

SARAKI is still on trial however, I wonder how they'll handle ministerial screenings at the same time

^^^Misleading headline.

The CCT has actually not been constrained at all - if anything, it was Saraki's plea for a stay of execution which has now been left hanging cool

Bros, it is Appeal Court that adjourned the case brought to it by Saraki indefinitely, it isn't CCT. Sarakii will stand trial before CCT and hopefully get convicted. grin

Yeah!
This is good news to start d week.
Saraki must go to jail.
By now he wud be shitting in his pants, because d appeal court was his joker and now the judge must have seen the handwriting on Dwall and refused to go into infamy with the utterly corrupt Saraki.

Saraki's trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal will still continue.I want to believe that our judiciary is mindful of the fact that it is Nigeria's Judiciary that is on trial, while Saraki is the first litmus test. Wish Nigeria the very best.

Hmmm its a pity that saraki may be going into impeachment soon. This adjournment means that he must appear before the CCT to answer the charges against. Its really very painful that a fine and astute politician like him is going down in history this way if care is not taken. Good luck
