1. Human Resources Manager Requirements: Must be a first degree holder in Human Resource Management or any Management Course. Must have at least 10 years Post-NYSC experience. Must have knowledge and experience in Health Insurance Industry. Must be computer literate and comfortable with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office applications and the Internet. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. MBA or any postgraduate course in Management will be an added advantage. 2. Medical & Quality Assurance Manager Requirements: Must have an MBBS. Must have had 5 years post internship training or 10 years post NYSC experience. Must possess good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Must be able to work under minimum or no supervision Must have good administrative skills Candidate must be computer literate and comfortable with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (excel, word and power point) applications and the Internet Must be able to plan, implement and manage short and long term project MPH or any Health Insurance related course will be a criterion for application. Must have knowledge and experience in Health Insurance Industry. 3. Marketing Manager Requirements: Must possess a bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Actuarial Science, Insurance or related field with 5 years experience in the field and 10years Post NYSC. Good project management skills and sound understanding of principles of marketing Must be a good communicator – provides clear, concise written/verbal communications appropriate to the audience. Results driven – strive to make a difference; enjoys a challenge and working under pressure to achieve the objective Self-motivated – ability to manage campaigns with minimum of supervision. Candidate must be computer literate and comfortable with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (excel, word and power point) applications and the Internet Must have knowledge and experience in Health Insurance Industry. 4. Medical & Quality Assurance Executives Requirements: Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Microbiology, Human Physiology or Pharmacy. Candidate must have worked for at least a year not necessarily in similar position. Cognate experience would be an advantage. The ideal candidate must be trainable and a fast learner He/She must have a good personality in appearance and conduct He/she must possess good communication skills (verbal, writing or interpersonal) Candidate must be computer literate and comfortable with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (excel, word and power point) applications and the Internet Candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision Please note that applicants should not be more than 40.
