A frnd of mine served in delta (fininshd few wks ago)....this was wah he sed ....."Delta camp is poor,ts very dirty....d toilets arn't good at all...@ mami,t costs 50 naira to use d toilet....buh ovaAll,u wd realy enjoy camp,t was fun....go early and join a department like news,ict etc...being a memba, u hav an edge as regards primary assignments n oda things... "

Word of advice, if you don't have anywhere to stay in asaba or any money fetching business etc, don't lobby for asaba. Asaba is an expensive city.
If you don't have a phobia for water, tell your platoon officer in camp you want to be posted to Burutu, that's where life is in Delta state. Words of an A15 Corps menber

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help u with the lobbying part as cutting corners is not really my thing. For the Burutu thing, you don't need to lobby, just tell your platoon officer. Most Corps members run away from the place due to ignorance (the local government is mostly water) but it's one of the best if not the best place to serve in Delta State
