It seems the list of no man's land of some funny people keeps swelling everyday. They are very magnanimous enough to develop the land of others, while theirs is allowed to remain desolate and in ruins.

Before it was Lagos that was declared a no man's land by these clowns. They failed woefully in their attempt.
