please is the vechicle licensing fee fixed or different at each licensing office

at ilupeju i am told the cost of a vechicle licensing and registration is 30k and insurance 5k

Yeah, that's about the fee for all your vehicle licensing and registration documents, though I didn't use their insurance cover

Spent 30k in their VI office. A friend spent about 28k to have his done.
