All aforementioned are just enhancements or supplements not necessarily fake. I mean, we wear clothes when we weren't born (or created) with clothes on. You don't see animals wearing clothes.......

I honestly, don't see issues with them unless they are the sole basis for your existence like you can't function w/o them---cause that is the definition of addiction and dysfunction.
