I know u are trying to protect ur sister-in-law. To b honest with u, u gave them a wrong advice. U would have encouraged her with d word of d Lord. If she (ur sister In-law) decide not to remarry because of her children then so b it. She will definitely b faithful remember when a woman decides to keep to her body holy she will see to that. Then help her with something to keep her busy maybe a business or stuff like that. The word of God will surely guide her.

I like ur church wish we cud have more churches like that, were truth is supreme.The woman tried to stop at the church my advice is that she should go to ur place of work twitter facebook nd everyother means to broadcast u nd urbabaric intention.How is one sure you nd d. I seriously don't understand people nowadays, before you engage in your "Anti-christian" advice did you open a thread to ask Nairalanders of their opinion? Now that the deed is done, you are now asking Nairalander's to do what, condemn the church for your act? As a pastor (as claimed) why not seek wisdom from the holyspirit than your fleshy thought? Are you really a pastor? This is why nowadays, salvation is lost in the church.

Taiwo married a banker while Kehinde married University non-academic staff. They are both devoted christians and they both live in same town.

About a year ago, we lost Taiwo in a fatal accident and left a surviving wife as widow and three kids. Six months later, as their senior brother and the breadwinner of the whole family, I summoned Kehinde to re-marry Taiwo's wife to continue playing the role of husband.

Kehinde and Taiwo's wife agreed to marry each other but Kehinde's wife kicked against the union. Kehinde only has one child and since 8yrs now nothing more.

Kehinde's wife got provoked, lashed me with demeaning words and thereby reported me to our Church senior pastor at the headquarters and I was demoted for involving in sacrilegious belief.

It's a shock today again to have received a letter from the headquarters that I'm no more needed as pastor in their ministry due to this same issue.

This is a ministry that I had spent a lot towards its growth. The land our branch was built on was bought by me alone.

Now, what is my offence?
Bros, the fact is that the spirit of God was never in you. How can a Pastor create such hatred amongst family members and expect a pat on the back from the Church? Children only come from God: That Kehinde's wife had only one child is not good enough reason for you to fashion the idea of ancient marital practices: By so doing, you only succeded in creating animosity in the once loving family: you deserve what you gat:

You are asking what your offense is? You are the joker of the century. What the hell do you teach people in that your church that you are parading yourself as a pastor.

Now coming to your question, your offense is that you are not practicing Christianity but Syncretism. The truth is that many wants to serve God but they want to do it the way it pleases them and not according to the commands of God.

Anyway thank you for bringing this up. I know this never happened to you because no sane pastor will do such and have audacity to share his foolishness on a forum like this.

The Word of God can help us stop sinning.

Romans 6:23-23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
1 Corinthians 10: 13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
I too struggled with sexual immorality until one day the temptation came and I think I said (I must have received help from the Lord)- THE SEXUALLY IMMORAL SHALL NOT INHERIT THE KINGDOM OF GOD
The temptation eased up. And i thought the word of God can help the homosexuals or other sinners too.They can say when tempted



1 Corinthians 6-9Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, 10Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. 11And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God when temptation comes,you need the word of God.

For pride-James 4:6But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.
Also-
Matthew 23:12-
And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.

For fear-2 Timothy 1- 7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

For Sexual immorality -18Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.

And for those who feel guilty -
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.


Christ is coming.and he comes for a pure church.
Ephesians 5-
25Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; 26That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, 27That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
Romans 8-
13For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. 14For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.


So,how do we resist temptation-
James 4-7Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you.
