Importatnt to Note: Akwa-Ibom, Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta accounts for 80% of Crude oil production in Nigeria and Cross-River, Imo, Abia, Anambra and Ondo account for 20% of crude oil production. The sharing formula of the 13% from oil revenue annually between the states is based on their production rate with the highest oil producing states taking the largest share.

The 9 states makes up the The Niger
Delta region as defined by the 2000
law that set up the Niger Delta
Development Commission {NDDC} for
only oil producing states. this is against
the popular opinion of majority
thinking NDDC correlates to the geo
political Niger Delta which comprises of
six states {Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross
River, Delta and Edo}
Thats it for the List Of Oil Producing States

You are correct not the yoruba Propaganda thread currently circulating. Ondo is the least producing state of all oil producing states as you can see on the chart from most to least. These liars opened a propaganda thread deceiving people and having them believe that Ondo is the 5th oil producing state. Same way they cooked up data and figures few yrs ago claiming that SW has higher IGR yet today almost all SW states are bankrupt.

The other states not on the list especially the north are the real oil thieves... Reaping where they did not sow... Oil is common wealth but the solid minerals mined from those states are internally generated... Y'all better go back to the farm.

You are a con artist. You deliberately removed Edo State and elevated Anambra State.
Anambra produced close to Nothing. Even the so called production in Anambra is only on newspaper.
And also it is subject to litigation between Anambra and kogi state.

Anambra has 16 percent of Nigeria's gas reserve. Media from the other side will not like to acknowledge it.
Total deposit=188 TCF
Anambra deposit=30 TCF
=
30/188 X 100/1 =15.957447 = Approx. =16percent

Ondo oil wells belong to Ishekiri land of Delta state, It was Obasanjo that ceded some Delta state oil wells to Ondo, the litigation process is still going on at the federal high court, very soon they will revert the Ondo oil wells to its owners Delta state as they did between Akwa ibom and Cross River.

Yoruba/Ondo has oil wells and iit's the 2nd oil producing region, just after SS! These are facts no amount of ibos propaganda can twist or wish away!
