BREAKING NEWS| How Buhari Smuggled Fugitive Omar Al-bashir Out Of India To Sudan by austentero: 11:44am On Nov 03, 2015
President of Sudan Omar al-Bashir who has been
declared a war criminal by the ICC for alleged
genocide and war crimes during the Darfur war
was smuggled from India to Sudan aboard the
Nigerian Presidential Jet.
It will be recalled that Omar al-Bashir attended the
India-Africa Summit held in New Delhi India. India
is not party to the Rome Statute that created the
ICC, which is an independent international court,
and New Delhi is not expected to oblige it by
arresting Omar al-Bashir.
After the summit, Omar al-Bashir was left with the
dilemma of returning to Sudan and like a good
brother, President Muhammadu Buhari offered to
take him to Sudan aboard the Nigerian
Presidential Jet.
As reported by Vanguard , President Muhammadu
Buhari made a “technical stop-over” in Sudan on
October 31 on his way from New Delhi. Our
source reliably informed us that the “technical
stop-over” was to drop the Fugitive President
Omar al-Bashir in Sudan.
Nigeria deposited its instrument of ratification to
the Rome Statute on 27 September 2001. The ICC
therefore has jurisdiction over Rome Statute
crimes committed on the territory of Nigeria or by
its nationals from 1 July 2002 onwards. As it
stands, Nigeria is party to the Rome Statute that
created the ICC.
The question now is : Why will President
Muhammadu Buhari smuggle an International
fugitive aboard the Nigerian presidential Jet
knowing fully well that his actions contravenes
the International Statutes that Nigeria is signatory
to.

Birds of the same Feather.

Omar Al-bashir is wanted by ICC for war crimes committed in christain Dafur.

Buhari incited his almajiris in 2011 after he lost election that went and kill youth corpers who are mostly christains.

What Omar Al-bashir and Buhari have in common is mass killing of christains and terrorism.

If he likes let him smuggles Osama bin laden body in the jet. What we are concerned about is him acting and behaving like a strong competent leader and by giving purposeful direction to his people.

BASHIR WOULDN'T HAVE VISITED INDIA IF THERE WAS NO ASSURANCE FROM INDIA THAT WILL NOT BE ARRESTED

INFACT SHOW US evidence that Bashir was in India

October 28, 2015 (KHARTOUM) - Sudanese president
Omer Hassan al-Bashir on Wednesday has arrived in
India to participate in third India-Africa summit in a new
challenge to the International Criminal Court (ICC).
Bashir was
indicted by the
ICC in 2009 and
over alleged
genocide, war
crimes and crimes
against humanity
during the Darfur
conflict. As a
result his
overseas travel
has been
restricted to
friendly nations
ever since.
He was welcomed
by Indian foreign
Vijay Kumar Singh
as he arrives the
Indira Gandhi International airport in New Delhi, India.
The India Africa Forum Summit gathers over 40 African
leaders who come to explore ways to develop relations
and attract India investment and technology.
Launched in 2008, India also hopes that the forum can
contribute to build strategic partnership aimed at
revamping cooperation between India and African
countries, where its rival China already has a major head
start.
In statements to Reuters on Tuesday; the ICC prosecutor
Fatou Bensouda called on the Indian government to
cooperate with the war crimes tribunal and arrest Bashir.
Bensouda said that India, which is not an ICC signatory,
has to cooperate because the U.N. Security Council
resolution had lifted Bashir’s immunity under
international law.
“By arresting and surrendering ICC suspects, India can
contribute to the important goal of ending impunity for
the world’s worst crimes,” she added.
Bashir received an official invitation from the Indian
government to attend the meeting.
Last June, Bashir was forced to flee South Africa where
he attended an African Union (AU) summit after a court
ruled he should be banned from leaving pending the
outcome of a hearing on his possible arrest.
The Sudanese president is expected to hold talks with
the Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, on the
sidelines of the summit to discuss the future of the
bilateral relations between the two countries.
India is the second largest exporter to Sudan after China.
Several Indian oil, gas and construction firms operate in
Sudan.
Total bilateral trade between India and Sudan surged to
$1.4 billion in 2014-15, from $327 million in 2005-06.

I always say it, PDP and saTANists are blockheads. BreakingTimes, like HopeForNigeria, spreads lies. The last time I heard in the news, the ICC requested that India hands the Sudanese President over to them.
Could the BreakingTimes tell us how the Sudanese President got to India. Did Buhari stop at Sudan to pick him? If he went there with his own jet and India, not being a signatory of the Roman Statute, why then is it said that Buhari took him back to Sudan?
