Maybe shell might be sending mails based on serial number. they just rejected my guy whose serial number started with 18 followed by 6 digits. mine started with 20 with 6 digits so I can't tell if they've reached my number or not

Something is going wrong in my email. all the messages I received from Shell during all the tests, confirmation and so on are disappearing from my mail inbox I can only find the first one they sent to me. This is something I have been seeing everyday b4. Is anybody experiencing such?

Shell recruitment is on a first come first serve basis.. Dunno if d numbers really mean anything. It's possible someone who applies today get a number dat starts with 16 but he takes two weeks to complete his assessment while someone who applies next week get a number dat starts with 20 but he completes his assessment d same day.. Shell will definitely treat the application of the later first before d other guy; hence my statement that d numbers do not mean much

The best approach to shell is to act like you didn't apply. I'd tell you why. With shell Nigeria, many people apply to be taken. How they screen now becomes difficult. They apply some random selection of profiles to screen and if you qualify, they'd schedule you for am interview otherwise, reject you.

But can they check everybody? Hell no, they can't. That's why you see some amazing peeps not called and some not so amazing peeps get called. A bit of luck really applies here as most people pass the test.

The former recruitment style fits Nigeria not this one. Again be hopeful. I did something crazy last year to get called. Very crazy
