Dear Nairalanders,

I write this to seek opinions/advice. You're also welcome to critisize.

I was expecting some alert from debtors but just this week mya guy told me he couldn't pay some cash into my account. I thought it was a silly joke because I have my BVN on my phone as I speak.

But this afternoon,someone else told me the same thing and it dawned on me that, something is really up because I DON'T JOKE WITH MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE JUST ONE.(Like TSA) so as to monitor n ensure adequate management.

I called Access bank customer care and the lady asked my all about my data which were accurate including my BVN.

Now, she is was apologising telling me there must have been an error which will be rectified in the next 24hrs.

I intend to hit the bank 2moro morning, get this sorted out.

Pls did anyone experience something like this?
