2.Buyer returns signed spa with valid vessel details & ATL, Buyer, take seller super cargo on board his vessel
3.Seller vessel call buyer vessel for STS, transshipment take place
4.Buyer confirm transshipment , buyer pay for the total cargo.
5.Pay within 24 hours and vessel sails off.
