Buhari is closing down and merging ministries, by all indications it appears that only 20 ministries would remain. There would likely be 16 or 17 ministers of state and 20 substantive ministers.

Buhari is seemingly hiding something ..after using them for seven months to run the ministries before ministers come on board he dumps them without concrete reason. I though they were called permanent secretaries for a reason?.

Meanwhile he says ministers will be figureheads-so the new perm secs will have the power? I used to love this man Buhari but unfortunately he is rubbishing this country graduallly

So giant corporations that sack thousands including executive directors and board chairmen don't pay severance packages,and yet see the need of it.

Hey folks, the restructuring is long overdue as there will be a streamline of ministries to accommodate a lean government framework. Nigeria cannot afford over bloated ministerial budgets anymore. Y'all thought SAI BABA was playing all these while taking briefings from the perm secs, he knew exactly what to do but then most Nigerians were impatient been used to fire brigade methods through the years.
