Just that their devices are manufactured by the same Company

Same way Foxconn manufacture Apple iPhone, iPad and iPod and still manufacure BlackBerry etc.
Also same way GiONEE manufacure for Blu, Allview, Walton etc.

this theory of tecno and infinix being same company was raised by tecno fans who see infinix taking over the market with better and cheaper alternatives. they had to front that theory to stem the tide coming from the infinix fans who are beating them black and blue

Both devices are good. But Tecno is still ahead of Infinix in terms of Sales and trust

Thats because of the agreement they signed with the manufacturer. Because they're not OEM yet, the company (manufacurer of their devices) will continue to provide those support (Carl service) for their devices until they can stand on their own.
