The Nnamdi Kanu affair has exposed Nigeria as a country where the rule of law does not exist. How can a person meet his bail conditions but still be held? What is that supposed to mean? I wonder what the man can be charged since he commited no crime? Oh well that is Nigeria for you. We must keep on with the light of Biafra because Nigeria is darkness

Unfortunately for you, there's no crime called "hate speech" in the constitution

Criminal intimidation (lol)
belonging to and managing an unlawful organization (is IPOB the new ISIS?)

This is irrelevant, just ensure the guy have a water tight defense team that can withstand the legal barrage of the govt prosecutors.

you are a first class illiterate, there is nothing like hate speech in law, you can only talk about the tort of defamation which is not a criminal offence let alone to a treason. monkey

Today defines everything, and Nigeria should know we have plans for whatever outcome.

The best for them is to release him, if not, soldiers will not be able to contain the eastern streets.

Those saying we are calling for war should first ask why there is no place for referendum in the Nigerian Constitution, what kind of forceful union is this? During the SNC, the northerners kicked off anything that had to do with referendum, and people say we're beating war drums? What a pity.

Today will be the first day of a new phase for Nigeria.

What of Buhari's hate speech after the 2011 election? "Dogs and Baboons will soak in blood"

He's walking a free man after instigating a move that left hundreds of people dead.
He was even rewarded by handing him the presidency. Nigeria is really a Zoo!!!!

Treason?

Treason is when you " actively" try to overthrow a government. If Kanu commited treason by flying into Nigeria then Buhari commits treason almost every week. infact, Buhari commited treason when he kicked out Shagari in 1983, will you call for him to be arrested?

If he is tried at the ICC for hate speech, then Buhari and your Oba of Lagos MUST be tried for hate speech.
Burahi called us dogs and Yoruba baboon and said we will all soak in blood.

There is no clause for referendum because of an Igboman- Nnamdi Azikiwe, go figure.

Do the Igbo senators have 2/3 of the seats? Even with the SS and SE inclusive, we're held down by numbers.

Good. So you can now see that you have to build bridges with others and negotiate to get what you want instead of insulting everybody on radio biafra.

Let them raise the motion first if they want Biafra.

No! We don't have to in a sane situation.
The combined votes of the SE, SS and SW cannot make up 2/3rd, we are all held down, and you expect us to beg other slaves to clamor for their own freedom?
We refuse to kiss arse, let them stay! We must leave, even if by force.

Didn't Buhari call you all dogs and Baboons? Are Baboons not placed in zoos?
If Jonathan had arrested Buhari for such hate speech, especially the 2011 post election violence, wouldn't you have screamed injustice?
But now you support the arrest of another who spoke up in better words than Buhari?

Get away from here.
