The Department of State Service (DSS), has withdrawn all charges against the renegade leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and Director of Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.

As reported by Pulse.ng correspondent, The Service filed an application before a Magistrate Court sitting in Abuja, to withdraw the criminal conspiracy and criminal intimidation case brought against Kanu.

The prosecutor told the court, at a resumed hearing on Monday, Nov. 23, that fresh facts have emerged against the Biafra agitator, which requires further investigation. This was however countered by Kanu's lawyer who argued that, the DSS had flouted the court order which granted the accused person bail since October 19, 2015.

He urged the court to order the DSS to transfer Kanu to prison custody so his lawyers can have easy access to him.

Magistrate Shuaibu Usman, adjourned ruling till the case till December 1, 2015 after hearing from both sides.

The visitation is only to save face. The Brits have their ulterior motives, and trust me mate, when I tell you that the motive is detrimental to Biafran self determination.

Bros your reasoning is faulted and not visionary at all. Check the history of struggles and liberations. In most cases the man who starts the struggle might not be alive to see the actualization. It is not about Nnamdi Kanu, its about the seed he laid germinating . South Sudan broke away without the man John Garang who championed the course all his life. S. Sudan is an independent country today. You are busy looking at Nnamdi Kanu but you forgot there are thousands other Nnamdi kanu scattered within the geographical edifice called Nigeria or even Biafra as the case might be.
