as you are thinking of the cure, u should think of the cause(s) too

If its very bad then try Selsun Blue Medicated Dandruff Shampoo or selsun 8 hair cream. Selsun products aare medicated so will treat ur scalp.
Its its normal dandruff use anti dandruff shampoo and oil ur hair regularly.

You can buy these from a good chemist.

antifungal shampoos such as daktacort, ketoconazol, etc. These tend to be more effective than ordinary shampoos head and shoulder etal

i have dandruff. even in my beard.lol. and i use head and shoulders. any type. but the thing i find most effective is really scrubbing your scalp. no matter what shampoo i'm using i make sure to scrub the scalp well well. that does it for me. that might be hard for a woman to do as ya'll have all those things on ur head.

a healthy scalp is the secret to healthy looking hair. god im feeling a tad effeminate right now.lol. lemme go do some push-ups.

This is what I use, scrub your head not hair with Omo super blue with a sponge and then rob aboniki , I swear after the pepper feeling you will feel, bye bye to dandruff  (if you are a boy, don't know if it works for a girl)

I use to have alot of dandruff. It looks so damn big that I swore if I pluck all of it out, I can make Soup with it!


Now its all gone. . . I guess mnaybe cause I wash my hair every single day and I blow it dry after that and I changed my shampoo to Dove Brand Anto Dandruff. Thats about it

If u are a guy, remove every grain of hair on ur head and apply maybe damatol. Stop using Hair Creams. They are the major cause of Dandruff

heads and shoulders has never worked for me, it just washes d hair clean but d dandruff keeps coming back. Selsun worked perfectly for me, lather in n leave in for abt 10-15 mins b4 washing out, it cleared my dandruff perfectly.

Try sulphur ointment on ur scalp. Works wonders, cleared my own.

Dandruff can be caused by a sensitive scalp, maybe it's the products you're currently using, alternatively it could be from ack of using products that can moisturise and 'hydrate' the scalp. Oils are good, they're good, because whilst your scalp is still dry, they help to conceal the dryness, so it covers and solves the problem, try the creams and oils mentioned by other posters .

grind kaun (potash), and mix with engine oil. Rub regularly on ur scalp.

I think it is also over the counter in Europe.

Within 2 weeks the nonsense will be gone. It is a small tube though so you may need more than one of it.

Try Damatol, and believe me IT WORKS.

i once had problems with dandruff and Damatol worked perfectly well for me. Just try it, but i must warn you its really hot and it helps in hair growth.
