• Provide secretarial and general
administrative/office-related functions
• Assist with and ensure the smooth
running of the office (ordering of office
refreshments, stationery, etc.)
• Prepare presentations, reports and
documentation with attention to detail
• Plan and manage diaries, travel
arrangements, meetings
• Screening of all calls for (including
receiving and returning calls)
• Meeting co-ordination and accurate
minute taking
• Filing and accurate record keeping of all
correspondence
• Co-ordinating and processing of purchase
orders, goods receipt and divisional
invoices
• Co-ordination and distribution of all
communication, letters, reports, etc. to all
stakeholders both internally and externally
• Other ad hoc administrative tasks as and
when required by Line Manager
• Some invoicing and financial document
processing

Education & Experience
• Matric / Grade 12
• Secretarial Diploma advantageous
• General Sport knowledge is essential
• Minimum 5 years administrative and
secretarial experience
• Computer literate
- MS Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint,
- Outlook and Internet
