The generator goes for #41,000 it used to be cheaper I guess it's cos of current exchange rate and some govt policies

Excavation

Materials: Blocks:We got a block industry nearby and had an arrangement with them for special vibrated blocks . Sand:We have a good dump around for sharp sand delivery. Chippings:we were able to get a supplier from Akamkpa cross-river state. Cement;we have Dangote cement dealers around. Rods:We have some dealers around.

Sorry for the break in transmission we are back with the updates on this building project.we are done with the filling with sand,this was followed by Soaking the foundation with water and compacting with a compactor
