Wait first there are several reasons why a losing might be losing hair, she might be shedding if she is still a puppy and if its an adult it might be due to tick infestation or disease, so be sure which it is before .

when last did you deworm your dog? if its been long try deworm your dog. if it persists get coconut oil and rub on your dogs skin for a week.

ohk thanks... I always use coconut oil to run her hair after bathing...I also give her to drink...I once read this in your thread...how can I deworm my dog

What do you mean by coconut oil?
is it the coconut water you are talking about?

Loss of hair in dogs is termed alopecia. And like prodeegee said you should try deworming. But you were not specific with details. Are there red patches at the site of hair loss or any other dermal irritation. If so that could be MANGE or something else .
You can get dewormer tablets from a pet store and follow instructions written on it.
