5. Price: LME Average Price x Pb% x 60% Discount rate CNF Lianyungang port in china
6. Inspection: CCIC OR SGS IS REQUIRED
7. Destination Port: Lianyungang Port, in china
8. Performance Bond: The Seller Signed 3% PB to Buyer
9. Payment: By 90%+10% irrevocable, non-transferable L/C at sight;
10. Specification: Pb 35% above, 30% Below Rejection
11. Procedures:
11.1 The Buyer And Seller Sign And Seal Final Contract
11.2 The Seller Issues 3% Performance Bond To The Buyer
11.3 The Buyer Issues 90%+10% Irrevocable, Non-Transferable L/C At Sight To Seller.
