General office administrative tasks like filing of document · Assist with purchasing of office supplies and assisting the Personal Assistant to the MD during company events, staff meetings and company wide retreats. · Answer Phone · Use Microsoft word and Excel · Assist in monitoring cleanness of the entire office, including lunch-room and meeting rooms and report where necessary action needs to be taken.
