Is it normal to use fog light, rear and back - in the night when its not foggy?

No it is not.

From what I know, people do it do that they can be "seen" by other road users. smiley [Obviously, forgetting that it dazzles other road user]

I want to change the front fog lights of my BMW 645ci to PIAA 9006 light bulbs anyway - do anyone know where they are sold.

Sorry, I cant be of help on that one. smiley

However, it may be worth knowing that the recent BMWs may throw up a "fault code" if a different type of bulb is used from what the manufacturer's recommend.
