muscles are better than fat. i'd rather convert the fat on my tummy to muscles.
they signify physical fitness ie it's easier to do a lot of things if you carry muscles in ur body vs fat

plus fat weights a lot more than muscles.
ex if you're 160 lbs with muscles versus 160 lbs with just fat. the difference is lipsrsealed

too much muscles definitely doesn't look good on girls though so I know where your coming from. who wants to look like the williams sisters

Exercise is gud wen u r consistent.
I suck my gut.After each meal,i tuck in ma tummy and i must tel u its more than effective.I started dat in ma js 2(11yrs bak) and mst testify dat its gud.It can b painful and inconviniencing especlly wen u hv eaten alot bt its effectiv.wat u eat matters alot.I only watch ma diet nd tuck ma tomy cos dat am sure i cant mis daily.

Every morning I start out with

1. 50 pushups
2. 50 situps
3. 150 20kg weight lifts (3 different styles of 50 reps each)
4. 50 squats
5. If I have extra time I spend 30 minutes on the treadmill.

I joined virgin active and it was costing me £70 a month and i sparingly visit so i cancelled my membership [ ya know credit crunch] now i do 350 push-ups at home and some dumb bell workouts too everyday.

A lot press ups, squats, crunches, knee bends and lunges. I’ve done them squarely since 2009 so my body and mind has adapted.
