The economy is only oil dependent at the moment meaning only the niger delta contributes so why would the other states agree to devolution? Why would they accept anything that will make things work? The present system enables those contributing nothing to live fat of the nation's wealth at the expense of the wealth creators. The high corruption is sustained by the present system so why would the majority want a better system?
