Tests are given according to the profession or industry in Question

For instance those in Banking and Finance will normally be given VERBAL ABILITY,NUMERICAL ABILITY,DATA INTERPRETATION & CRITICAL REASONING

Those in Engineering in addition to verbal and numerical ability will also have mechanical reasoning to contend with

those in Information Technology will deal with abstract reasoning ,diagramatic reasoning,data interpretation in addition to verbal and numerical abilities
those taking tests for the armed forces,police.navy,immigration,fire service e.t.c will contend with spatial ability and verbal and numerical abilities.
