The caption is wrong! Look very well you will see that it was actually malpractice going on but the guy holding the chalk was actually too dull to code that the fingers being displayed was the answer! D mumu dey draw instead of him to write 4!

That was why the caption said the guy had only fine arts in mind hence enrolling into school because he is too dull to know that the hand symbol meant 4.
