With all the lies and inappropriate titles given to pictures on Social Media (especially Nairaland), I doubt this is a mother and her son. The title given to the picture was made up, which is why if you Google "Mom and Son Photoshoot" this picture will NOT come up in search results.

And I'm sure if you dig deep enough, you'll find this SAME picture elsewhere on the 'net, with a completely different title AND description. Nigerians and their filthy minds, lies and deceit are almost legendary these days.
