You could always contact DirectonPC for such enquiries. But to give you an idea of what you should expect, DirectonPC (DOPC) offers the following bandwidth plans for HNS subscribers: 80/156, 80/225, 128/300, 128/512, 200/600, 200/800, 200/1024, 330/1024, 330/1536.
You said you will be using 15 computers, there are more factors to put into consideration when you want to select bandwidth other than number of systems. e.g how many systems will be on concurrently, what sort of jobs does your client do online (if it's online registration upload required will be high e.t.c), Do you use VOIP applications like skype?
I will advice you to contact DirectonPC with all this details handy. If you want me to make all your estimates for you as well as installations/site commissioning, LAN networking e.t.c do let me know. My fees are reasonable.

Answer: Because PHCN is taking me out of business, and I find it difficult to remain in business where you rarely break even having spent half of your earnings on fuel.
