To say that's how an average government primary school or an average school look like in Ondo state is a big lie... However, the school exists and its built by Gov. Mimiko administration.

True....but making all the schools in Ondo look like that involves increasing taxes, adding new taxes, increasing fees, and diversifying the economy.

Which your average Nigerian has a word for....oppression.
