Yup. It isnt going to be easy but if you are disciplined enough, you'll make it

The only hard part would be the exercise but your parents can assist you in terms of healthy diet.

I think it is important for you to see a Dietitian. He won't only prescribe a diet, but also tell you the appropriate amount using your energy requirement per day.
