Many people are travelling back home today to celebrate the first day of the new year with their families. Some people are trapped at the moment in a grid loc along Benin/Asaba expressway.

Thank God we dnt have traffic robbers in delta state,unlike lagos.

Planing to come to south west before but am going to wait till every thing calm down......

What could be the cause of such traffic jam, on a well spaced apart dual road?
Both roads are chocked up. Makes no sense. It can't just be a case of too much vehicles on the road at once, could it?

Best time to initiate a 'bus relationship'.... Toast her in the bus, pay for her refreshment, 'arrange' her in the same bus, then walk away like a boss


I can already imagine the amount of 'fingerring', boob-stroking, and even sexx that will go on in those stranded passenger buses if that traffic doesn't ease up by sundown

I was on that road earlier today and I can confirm that, traffic was already building as at around 7 when I was there.

I left onitsha 5am on the dot and I got to berger, Lagos by 12noon.

From what I can confirm, the reason for the traffic IS the mad rush by everyone and everybody, switching lanes indiscriminately in the hope to getting to the east "shortly"

At the end, "they are all stuck"
