The truth is, the guy is a theif and he's also not a thief.
He's a thief because he agreed on refund, which he didn't expect would turn out this way.
But he's not a thief because, you went into a market you know nothing about and now you're returning it due to your poor research
It's just like breaking your phones screen and asking SLOT for refund because warranty covers your phone.
From my view, I think he gave you that warranty on basis of giving you something original. Since there's no fault in anyway and you're returning due to bad market, it's your fault.

BUT STILL THE GUY NA THIEF BECAUSE AGREEMENT IS AGREEMENT.
