Please if a pregnant woman gives birth to a set of twins,

the first one comes out at 11:54pm on December 31st 2015 and the second at 12:03am on January 1st 2016,

1- are they age mates?

2 - which date of birth will they claim?

3 - can they still be called twins??

They're obviously still twins.
They are obviously age mates.
One twin is always "older" eg the one who came out first, and this is no different. It's the prerogative of the parents to decide whether or not to tell them who is older

And iono about that date of birth thing. Why not just leave it the way God made it and have them be twins born on different days. It's pretty cool.

Honestly, dis ur questions is somehow o...although,I know of a woman DAT gave birth like dat, d first one came out after some difficulties dey had 2 operate her 2 bring out d second one. Back 2 ur question,
firstly they are not age mate d first one is older Dan d second one with some minutes.
. Secondly d date of birth dey should claim is Dec 31,bc dat was when d first one came out and it just a matter of some minutes b4 d other one came. Moreover, d mum won't tell people d time,dey will just tell u dat d first one is older with 2min.gap depending on d min.
Lastly, dey should b called twins BC dey were conceived d same day,were 2geda in d same womb all tru and were delivered d same period of time, it was just a matter of some minutes difference.

as with all twins, one is always older than the other with a few minutes. you can let them share the same birth date or different ones. it up to the parents.

To me from 11:54pm december 31st and 12:03am january 1st is not up to 24hrs, its just 9mins late or 9min difference, so they are twins. And you can't rate the first child one year older because it takes 365days to make up 1year or even 366days to make up one leap year, so you cant compare just 9mins to 365days or 366days.
