The cause of the fire incident in Organizer Filling Station, Nnewi.

After interrogating the workers at the site, there was unanimous agreement among them that one of the attendants at the station was dispensing fuel from the nuzzle of the fuel dispenser at the same time when a fuel tank was offloading fuel into the underground tank. This is a very improper conduct which is considered dangerously unsafe in filling stations.

It reminds me of a situation where some drivers will not turn off their engines when they come to buy fuel. People should learn to take safety precautions very seriously

Fire incidents occurs mostly because of human negligence.
We do not adhere to safety precaution and procedures which later leads to tragedies and start complaining about government and our village people.

We die in dozens and scores because we are not safety conscious rather we are money conscious

Nigerians and there daredevil act from the first pic you can see clearly that the filling station is located close to a residential area. Taking risk with our lives and property. Lack of planning anyway thank God no life was lost.
