Hello house, please I have been trying to download songs and videos on my Samsung Galaxy J5 for sometime. I noticed once I click on download, the song begins to buffer and play online without storing on the device. I thought it was storage memory issues so I got a memory card but the story is still the same. I have searched through the settings but I seem not to be able to help myself. Please does anyone have an idea what could be wrong?
