pls guys, as a pure and applied mathematics student, I need a list of where I can do my I.T apart from banks..am going next month..and I don't know where I fit do it apart from banks...i don't know anybody at any bank, so I need ur advise..thanks

Check any accounting or engineering firm. If not, be an assistant to a Math or physics lecturer in any polytechnic or university around.

you'll use more of your applied maths rather than pure.
you can do your IT in investment banks as analysts likewise oil companies as a geophysicist.
