These People Need To Be Celebrated (they Deserve It) by gevans(m): 11:16am On Jan 13, 2016 |
Farmers in the first world countries are highly celebrated, they even among the richest people (though mechanize farmers) in those countries, because they r d feeders of the Nation. But in the developing countries, like Nigeria for example, farmers r relegated except the rich ones whose source of money may not even be from farming. In our country today once somebody introduce himself as a farmer we look down on him instead us to celebrate my respect him as one of the feeders of the nation. I remember some time ago when this sentence '' u son of a farmer" was regarded as an insult, We need to change our attitude towards farmers n start celebrating them. Thank God the government of the day is now focusing her Attention on Agriculture. I know one day we shall have farmers day, my parents are not farmers but I think we need to appreciate not celebrate them. Drop Ur Comments to appreciate our farmers. Thanks |
